Kristen Lang is a senior director of the Company Network at Ceres. She is a sustainable business strategist advising Ceres member companies on the integration of sustainability into core business systems and decision-making. Kristen works with company
leadership to strengthen and implement environmental, social and governance business strategies and advance performance—finding smart business solutions to today’s most urgent sustainability challenges.
With more than a decade of experience in sustainability, Kristen leads Ceres engagement with companies in the footwear and apparel sector, and also provides strategic guidance to companies in the consumer product, health care and technology sectors. Building upon her engagement with these companies, Kristen co-leads Ceres work related to building sustainable global supply chains.
Kristen also leads work related to The Ceres Roadmap for Sustainability — a vision and practical framework for sustainable business leadership in the 21st century. She leads the development of Ceres’ assessment of the largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. and their progress towards meeting the 20 expectations for corporate performance included in The Ceres Roadmap by 2020.
