Leigh is a Senior Project Manager for convergence consulting LLC located in Madison, Wisconsin. For over 18 years as a consultant, she has emphasized data-driven,
team-based environmental, health and safety (EHS) performance management. Leigh’s expertise includes EHS compliance verification and EHS management system fulfillment. She currently serves commercial clients, primarily in the pharmaceutical
sector. She is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA), has conducted over 120 audits in 42 states, and led the EHS audit practice for her prior employer.
In 2016, Leigh assisted a major client with initiating virtual compliance audits and developing a national virtual audit protocol. She is the lead author of the white paper recently released by convergence consulting, “Virtual Auditing: Guidance and Best Practices. ”Leigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oberlin College and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
