Linda Yoo is responsible for global metal well-being and workplace effectiveness for Johnson and Johnson. Linda was responsible for all National Accounts EAP and WorkLife and behavioral health sales activities for Aetna occurring in the Northeast & Southeast regions of the country. Prior to joining Aetna, Linda served as the Director of Operations for United Health Group/United Behavioral Health. In that position. in she was responsible for overseeing the hiring, orientation, training, recognition programs, disciplinary actions, staff development, staff retention and performance evaluations of the staff at UBH's Philadelphia location. She was also responsible for providing direct supervision for all onsite management consultants (employee relations) nationwide and handling all complex operational and business development issues for key customers. Prior to serving as Director of Operations, Linda was the Manager of Operations and a senior consultant for UHG/UBH. She was with UBH for 8 years.
In addition, Linda's experience includes serving as the Program Director for Delaware Valley Center, EAP consultant at Ceridian Performance Partners, Clinical Social Worker at Northwestern Institute, and Clinical Supervisor at Holcomb Associates, all located in Pennsylvania.
Linda has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Hahnemann University (Drexel University of Medicine) in Philadelphia and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Widener University in Chester, PA.
When Linda isn't in the office, you might find her skiing down the slopes in Jackson Hole. She loves international travel, especially when it is tied to relaxation and new experiences. While you may not find her cooking in the kitchen, she seeks out fun, foody adventures and loves discovering new places.
Linda has a love for helping those in need and dreams to one day build orphanages around the world that will unite these children with loving homes and provide proper education and tools that will help them discover success.
