Luis Costa is the Lockheed Martin corporate Energy, Environment, Safety & Health Senior Manager of Governance. In this role, Luis leads the team responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Lockheed Martin enterprise-wide ESH Management System. Luis also serves as a resource to all the business elements for compliance assistance and provides technical guidance to the development and enhancement of ESH policy, corporate EESH command media, programs, training and communications.
Luis has been with Lockheed Martin for 16 years and has had diverse experience in the development of ESH programs and support of multiple Lockheed Martin operations. Luis has worked both in the environmental and safety regulatory management fields, as well as in project management positions and as the team lead for the Corporate Internal Audit (CIA) ESH team.
Luis has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
