Marcia (Milewski) Fournier graduated from Madonna University with a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology. Marcia has attended various colleges and universities (Oakland University, Lawrence Institute of Technology, Eastern Michigan University and Schoolcraft College) to hone specific job related skills including Metallurgy, Quality Management Skills and Public Speaking.

During her career, Marcia has worked as an Analytical Chemist at Parke Davis and Stroh Brewery. Marcia was a research assistant working for Gulf and Western on a proto type alternative energy battery. Marcia's career path led her to work in the steel industry, Quanex Corporation (Michigan Seamless Tube) managing chemical processes, conducting EPA test protocols on effluent, providing chemical safety training and managing many of the regulatory Safety and Environmental requirements for the site.

In Marcia's current career with NSK Americas, she has been responsible for managing the Environmental Management Systems for NSK Americas, serving as the Environmental, Chemical and Safety Manager. Most recently, Marcia has focused specifically on the Environmental aspects of her needs within NSK Americas sites implementing and supporting ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems for the manufacturing sites as well as the NSK Americas Headquarters.

Marcia maintains an expertise in the field by attending training events, including Harvard Business School Program - Management and Leadership Skills for EHS Professionals and by attending various environmental regulatory training. Marcia is an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and is responsible for providing guidance to the manufacturing sites to assure regulatory conformance.
