America. Marcy is the Division Manager, Corporate Responsibility and the Executive Director of the USA Foundation for ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steel and mining company. There, she leads sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives
across the value chain for ArcelorMittal's Americas region stretching from Canada to Argentina.Prior to joining ArcelorMittal, Marcy spent nearly a decade in the nonprofit industry, working and consulting for organizations including WomenVenture, Pillsbury
United Communities, Women Thrive, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, the University of Cambridge and others. She is also the founder and former CEO of a women's career development initiative that attracted more than 1 million women to its services from
2012-2014 and the author of the book “You Know Everybody! A Career Girl's Guide to Building a Network That Works.”Marcy is the Chair of the Chicago Board of Directors for Step Up Women's Network, a Trustee at the Chicago Architecture Foundation,
and a member of the Advisory Board for Girls on the Run Twin Cities. She lives in Chicago with her husband Charlie and her beloved tabby cat Betsey. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the College of St. Benedict and is currently
enrolled in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business' Executive MBA program.
