Martin Kozaczek is a Program Manager and Technology for Conservation (T4c) enterprise lead at Northrop Grumman in Annapolis Maryland. He created and leads a portfolio of technology development efforts to meet the challenges of conservation, sustainability, climate adaptation and resilience organizations while at the same time developing capabilities and solutions for the DoD.
