Melissa Bouilly

Melissa Bouilly is currently the Director for Supply Chain Risk and Resilience at Dell, which includes responsibility for Supply Chain Security and Business Continuity, as well as Supply Chain Assurance. Prior to her current role, Melissa led Social and Environmental Responsibility at Dell, where she spearheaded efforts to increase transparency, which included publishing Dell's first Supply Chain Sustainability Progress Report and Responsible Raw Materials Sourcing Report. As the leader of SER, Melissa expanded Dell's process chemicals governance throughout the supply chain, increased smelter compliance with the Conflict Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI), and implemented industry-leading anti-human trafficking efforts. Under her tenure Dell leapt from #22 ranking among technology companies to the #2 ranking across all industries by the IPE Green Choice Alliance.

Prior to joining Dell, Ms. Bouilly worked for the Texas Legislative Budget Board and served as a State Department Legislative Fellow in Sri Lanka. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member in New York City. Ms. Bouilly earned a B.A. from Connecticut College in International Relations and Latin American Studies, an M.S. in Education from Fordham University, and an M.B.A from Texas State University.
