Natasha Tofil assists in the management of environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for Sprouts Farmers Market. Because of the regulatory shift in focus on retailers. Natasha worked with internal and external partners to create Sprouts Hazardous Waste Management Program. In addition to this program Natasha assists in the development and management of other EHS and sustainability initiatives to improve Sprouts environmental impact and operational efficiencies.
Natasha Tofil has been with Sprouts for 7 years and has been working with Sprouts EHS and Sustainability team for the last three years. She is a nationally certified paralegal and is currently obtaining her BA in Sustainability at ASU.
