Peter is Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Director at EA. Since joining EA in October 2001, Peter has played a key role in the company’s transition to a privately-held company, its turnaround in financial performance, and its evolution into
a 100% employee-owned Public Benefit Corporation (PBC). His responsibilities include Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) planning, communication, and administration; corporate governance; acquisitions and strategic planning; and ongoing analyses of EA’s
financial performance. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The ESOP Association and is active in the employee ownership community. Peter received a BA in Economics from Oberlin College, and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University
of Maryland.
