Richard has 30 years of ergonomics experience consulting to a wide variety of industries. His work and knowledge had been published in a widely referenced paper on the cost-benefit analysis for ergonomics. He is a member and past president of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (PSHFES) and a member of the Washington State Exoskeleton Advisory Committee.
