Rob is a Director of Environmental Sustainability for PepsiCo’s Global Operations playing a key role in delivering productivity and minimizing risk for PepsiCo's global enterprise and supply chain. In his current position, Rob is responsible for PepsiCo’s ReCon (“Resource Conservation”) program, maintaining global environmental metrics systems, and coordinates PepsiCo's Environmental Sustainability Council, a global & cross-divisional team of environmental professionals charged with:

  • Informing and implementing a strategic environmental sustainability vision
  • Assuring uniform system-wide metrics, standards, and practices
  • Developing SMART enterprise-wide environmental sustainability goals
  • Supporting accurate messaging to internal and external stakeholders

    Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2007, Rob worked for Pepsi's Frito-Lay North America division for 10 years in various Environmental and Energy Engineering positions. Rob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has been a Member of the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager and has served on the steering committee for the Food & Beverage Environmental Conference for the past 10 years, and served as Conference Chair in 2013. Rob lives with his wife of 20 years and two daughters in the Dallas, TX area.
