An attorney licensed in Oregon, Ruth received her JD and Masters in Environment Law and Policy from Vermont Law School while also earning the VLS Certificate in International and Comparative Law. She previously earned her B.Sc. in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University. Before Enhesa, Ruth worked on environmental issues in Washington State, Israel, and Nevada. She is a regular contributor to Enhesa's blog and Flash publications, identifying and analyzing EHS trends in industry with her uniquely accessible writing style, noting recommendations for obtaining regulatory compliance and practical policy reasons for taking those few steps beyond the mandatory requirements. In her free time, Ruth is generally training for races, running between monuments and other destinations in the Washington, D.C. area.
