Sandra Neale has over 30 years of experience leading EHS in diverse manufacturing, projects and service industries. She joined GE over 20 years ago and has held various regional and global EHS roles in GE Power, Healthcare, Appliances, Consumer &
Industrial, Lighting and Corporate EHS. She currently leads a global EHS team that supports Global Supply Chain, Digital tools/processes, Industrial Hygiene and EHS Operations with GE Gas Power, part of GE Vernova.
Sandra holds a Masters of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedical Toxicology and Chemistry from the University of Guelph and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. She is Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained.
Sandra and her husband, Brian, have three daughters and live on a 35-acre “carbon-neutral” hobby farm in rural Ontario, Canada. She is passionate about giving back to her community in the areas of volunteering, environmental protection, refugee sponsorship and mental health.
