Seaton Thedinger’s legal practice focuses on environmental, health, and safety due diligence in corporate transactions, compliance counseling, enforcement defense, and cleanups and remediation of contaminated sites. His environmental practice spans a broad range of industries, including the oil and gas, agricultural, chemical, defense, healthcare, utility, and manufacturing industries.
He has extensive experience assessing and managing environmental liability in corporate transactions, including managing due diligence processes, negotiating allocation of environmental liability, and obtaining and transferring regulatory approvals. In addition, Mr. Thedinger frequently counsels and represents corporate clients in federal and state environmental enforcement, compliance, and permitting matters.
He has a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
