Shannon Slavens

Shannon Slavens is the Corporate HSE Programs Director for CVS Health. Her team provides oversight and monitors HSE compliance, develops HSE programs and training, performs HSE permitting and reporting, and manages the HSE data management system for CVS
Health facilities across the United States.
Prior to joining CVS Health in 2015, she worked as an environmental compliance professional in the semiconductor manufacturing and cement manufacturing industries for 15 years. In these manufacturing environments, she developed environmental compliance programs associated with air permitting, site stormwater management, EPCRA and TSCA compliance, hazardous waste management, and compliance auditing. She also developed and managed ISO 14001 programs in each industry. Shannon holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from California State University, San Bernardino and is a Certified Hazardous Material Manager.
