Sharlene is the Director of ESG Product Management at Sphera Solutions. She is a certified Carbon Accountant and GHG Inventory auditor with a background in financial services and investing. She is passionate about the environment and sustainability as
displayed in her previous work at Persefoni where she led process architecture, automating materiality mapping, Carbon Accounting, and Reporting Compliance and the acceleration of production by designing a functional MVP. She is currently leading Sphera’s
expansion into financial services by implementing PCAF. She is excited to be working with the industry experts at Sphera to create a complete ESG solution, not just an emissions focused solution.
