Todd Hohn

As part of PG&E's executive team, Todd Hohn, CSP implements and delivers effective integrated health, safety and operational learning programs across the enterprise. Prior to joining PG&E, he was the Founder and Executive Director of UL's Integrated Health & Safety Institute where he acted as the safety ambassador delivering on UL's mission to promote safe living and working environments around the world. Todd is the U.S Delegate for the creation of the new ISO 45001 global standard for Occupational Health and Safety, is the Honors and Awards Chairperson for ASSE's Construction Practice Specialty and is a Board Member for HR.com advising them on emerging health and safety issues. Prior to his current role with PG&E he was with UL's Workplace Health and Safety practice where he led their Strategic Resources group and was integral to providing online safety training and risk management software solutions for organizations in the United States and internationally. He was also responsible for leadership of UL's business development initiatives, providing strategic input into sales and product strategy, supporting the client base and further establishing UL as a thought leader and true innovator in the industry.
Prior to working with UL, Todd worked with both Predictive Solutions and CNA Insurance. With Predictive Solutions, Todd was responsible for assisting businesses in the creation and implementation of predictive modeling products and solutions. At CNA, Todd was Assistant Vice President and Officer for Risk Control, managing the Casualty and Commercial Segments business globally. In that capacity, he was responsible for profit and loss issues, and the creation of their international products and consulting services for this multi-billion dollar book of business including their industry leading School of Risk Control Excellence.
Todd received his B.S. degree in Safety from Illinois State University and completed the Advanced Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, as well as the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Todd speaks frequently to industry experts at risk management, health and safety conferences on topics ranging from creating cultures of health, safety and learning, safety analytics, human error and organizational alignment. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
