Tom Finley

Tom is currently the Senior Manager of Enterprise Workplace Safety & Health at The Boeing Company. He joined Boeing in 2008 to lead the EHS Audit organization. For six months, Tom was on temporary assignment as EHS Director for Boeing Australia.
Prior to joining Boeing, Tom left his position of 15 years at Alcatel-Lucent, which spun off from AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1996. He was manager of EHS in the company's Services Business Unit. During his tenure, some of his major projects included coordination of divestiture EHS-related activities, achieving OSHA Voluntary Protection Program certification at company and Bell Laboratories world headquarters, EHS coordination of the overall company response to the World Trade Center disaster, and managing the Business Continuity program for the company's Services business unit.
Prior to joining AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1993, Tom worked as an industrial hygienist at IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, NY.
Tom has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Registered Environmental Health Specialist.
