Vicky Will is Vice President, Power Environmental Services. Exelon Power manages, operates, and maintains Exelon Generation's fossil fuel, renewable (landfill gas, wind and solar) and hydroelectric fleet of generating assets in 16 states and Canada. Vicky
leads development and implementation of strategies to achieve Power's environmental performance and growth objectives and FERC relicensing of Exelon Generation's hydroelectric generating assets.
Before joining Exelon, Vicky held several roles at Progress Energy, the most recent being Director of Environmental, Health and Safety Services for the Power Operations Group in Raleigh, NC. Previous roles include serving as director of Environmental Services and as the plant manager of the Cape Fear plant. Prior to working at Progress Energy, she held various positions of increasing responsibility in the chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
Vicky serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania and is a volunteer in their Beyond Schools Walls program at Exelon Generation's headquarters in Kennett Square, as executive sponsor and as a Big. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Tyler Arboretum in Media, PA since 2009. Vicky is active in the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Associations of Blacks in Energy as a member and mentors Chapter scholarship students interested in careers in the environmental field.
Vicky graduated with a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in chemistry from Columbia University.
