Jay has over 30 years of EHS experience. He joined JELD-WEN in 2019, as Vice President Global EHS with responsibility for developing and implementing their EHS strategy, policies, standards, and governance process, focused on strengthening their EH&S
culture and improving performance.
Prior to JELD-WEN, he was Vice President of Safety & Heath at Westrock for 2 years, Vice President of EH&S at ADT Security for 4 years, Director of Global EHS Programs at United Technologies/Otis Elevator for 8 years, Director Global EHS and Compliance at Textron for 8 years and 4 years with Colgate Palmolive as Manager Global Occupational Health & Safety. Jay spent the first 6 years of his EHS career at Pfizer.
He holds a BS Degree from Oklahoma State University, he is a CSP, certified six sigma black belt and a professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
