What You Need To Know About The TSCA Reform Bill
President Obama recently signed legislation to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Known as the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, the legislation overhauls the existing 1976 TSCA law, and will subject thousands of chemicals to regulation for the first time.
