FORUM24: Conference Session Content Partner
SPONSORSHIP OVERVIEW
Our Conference Session Content Partner will have the opportunity to develop a 75-minute session that will feature 1-2 client speakers and a subject matter expert from your company as the moderator. The session will run during the main conference on October 29 or October 30, 2024. NAEM will assign the specific time slot and the session will run up against 3 other non-sponsored sessions.Ideally, the session will showcase a solution to a common management problem that you’ve addressed with clients.
All speakers must be in-person and no more than three speakers total in the session. All sessions are required to include at least one client speaker.
NAEM is looking to offer a lead retrieval system to scan attendee badges at the beginning of the session to identify attendees. Additional add on pricing and the platform will be provided once confirmed.

- Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s FORUM24 website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website
- Sponsor recognition in conference app with logo
- Two complimentary registrations for your session speakers (valued at $1,645 - $2,145 per registration)
- Option to purchase a registration for your 3rd speaker if you have one (cannot be used for anyone else but a speaker) at the NAEM member rate ($1,645-$1,945)
- Option to purchase a registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions ($1,845-$2,145) for educational purposes. These attendees are not permitted to stand at their company’s booths or engage in sales activities but instead are encouraged to attend all sessions and networking events
Sponsorship Application
NAEM has a list of session topics we are looking for that you can get by emailing sales@naem.org or you can propose your own session idea. Once you are ready to submit your topic idea and confirmed speakers, please email them to sales@naem.org. All ideas will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.Sponsored session proposals will be evaluated on the basis of topic, relevancy, and speaker caliber. All speakers must be confirmed to be approved. Once approved, NAEM will send you a link to purchase.
