FORUM24: Workshop Content Partner
SPONSORSHIP OVERVIEW
Our Workshop Content Partner will have the opportunity to provide a subject matter expert and if they’d like a client to put together a 75-minute in-person workshop on Monday, October 28, 2024.Ideally, the session will showcase a solution to a common management problem that you’ve addressed with clients.
NAEM will assign the timeslot for the sponsored workshop. The Content Partner will propose the workshop topic.
NAEM is looking to offer a lead retrieval system to scan attendee badges at the beginning of the session to identify attendees. Additional add on pricing and the platform will be provided once confirmed.

Onsite Conference Visibility- Opportunity for visibility and to be seen as a thought leader with a 75-minute stand alone workshop session on Monday, October 28 which is highly attended by NAEM’s corporate members and conference attendees
- Top positioning (after Executive partners) with logo recognition on marketing assets at the in-person event
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- One stand-alone email promoting your session and speakers with your logo prominently placed in the email. This email will go out to NAEM’s marketing list of 20,000+ EHS&S professionals
- Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s FORUM24 website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website

- Two complimentary registrations for your session speakers (valued at $1,645 - $2,145 per registration)
- Option to purchase a registration for your 3rd speaker if you have one (cannot be used for anyone else but a speaker) at the NAEM member rate ($1,645 - $1,945)
- Option to purchase a registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions ($1,845 - $2,145) for educational purposes. These attendees are not permitted to stand at their company’s booths or engage in sales activities but instead are encouraged to attend all sessions and networking events
Sponsorship Application
Please email sales@naem.org with your Workshop Content session idea and confirmed speakers. Workshop proposals will be evaluated on the basis of topic, relevancy, and speaker caliber. All ideas will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once approved, NAEM will send you a link to purchase.
