Onsite Conference Visibility- Exhibitor visibility as a Megabyte Partner with a booth in the third-tier section of the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open for the entirety of the OPEX25 & TECH25 conferences April 1, 2025 to April 3, 2025 so that you get maximum visibility with both conference audiences
- Your company will have time in NAEM’s Solution Center that will be an exclusive time for conference attendees to hear how you can help them solve an EHS&S issue with your expertise
- Recognition on all marketing of the event as a Megabyte Partner with company name only (no logo). Megabyte Partners receive third level position recognition of the exhibitors. This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet (cost $525 - $575) per license
- Recognition (company name only, no logo) on NAEM’s OPEX25 & TECH25 websites that get over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals.
- Sponsor will receive two complimentary registrations to the conference (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
- Option to purchase an Educational Development registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions (valued at $1,390 - $1,945)
