Planning & Hosting Responsibilities
Host selects the venue
- The event should be hosted at a venue or office meeting space.
- Suggested attendee seating: 30-guest minimum
- If alcoholic drinks are offered, it must be capped at 2 drinks per person for safety purposes. Hosts are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations related to providing alcohol.
- Screen
- Audio amplification for recorded content
- Internet connection
- Hosts are responsible for the day of event execution and logistics
- Hosts manage attendee greeting, event check-in, and accompany attendees in and out of any Host facilities
- Hosts emcee the on-site experience
- Hosts facilitate the discussion session
- Hosts are asked to host some type of networking experience in association with the IMPACT content
- NAEM provides the print-ready file for on-site signage
- NAEM provides script guidelines for the welcome, breakout discussion, & closing remarks
- NAEM provides IMPACT24 branded PPT slides for use by the Host
- Host is responsible for getting people to register and attend the Regional Event
- Host should send out a minimum of 6 emails to their marketing lists inviting people to the event and to register for it through NAEM’s website
- Emails promoting the event should include NAEM’s logo on them. NAEM asks for the emails to be reviewed to ensure they follow NAEM’s branding standards
- Host must include information about the Regional Event on their website with a link to register on NAEM’s website.

Sign Up to be an IMPACT24 Host
Please submit the form below to share your interest in hosting a regional event. Forms will be approved on a rolling basis in a first-come, first-served order. The latest date to submit a form is Wednesday, July 12, 2024. All approvals will be made by Wednesday, July 19, 2024. NAEM will announce regional event locations and sign-up instructions publicly to the NAEM community on a rolling basis.Forms must include the following information:
- The location and time of the Regional Event
- Primary contact info: name, title, and company
- Your company name
