Sponsorship Details
All sponsorships are first-come, first-served basis. Given this event will sell-out, NAEM assigns exhibit hall space in the order that sponsorship contracts are received and executed.To facilitate the first-come, first-served policy, preference is given to previous sponsors. Sponsors will be able to purchase their sponsorship in the following order:

Any purchase by a sponsor before their turn will be refunded immediately and the sponsorship will be delayed until the General Admission category.
Keynote, Workshop & Sponsored Sessions: Please submit an abstract form with your speakers and ideas no later than January 19, 2025. Abstracts will be approved by NAEM on a rolling basis until they sell out.

Exhibitor Sponsorships
NAEM offers three different tiers of booths: Terabyte, Gigabyte and Megabyte. All three booths come with different levels of visibility and branding at the event. Please pick the tier that best aligns with your company’s sales, branding and marketing goals.Additionally, the Terabyte and Gigabyte tiers will be invited to participate in NAEM’s Solution Center which will be held in the exhibit hall right at your booth. We will have two times on the agenda built exclusively for our Terabyte and Gigabyte exhibitors to present for ten minutes on how they can help solve an EHS&S issue for attendees. NAEM will offer three broad topics and let exhibitors choose one topic for their two times pre-approved by NAEM.
We believe the Solution Center will drive more attendance into the exhibit hall this year and keep it interesting and fun for attendees. The sales staff that you bring to man your booths are the perfect representatives and speakers to share how they can provide solutions to new customers.

The Terabyte sponsor is our highest-level booth sponsorship. This sponsorship provides high-level visibility and branding recognition to NAEM’s conference attendees in the market for new software, technology and enhancements to their current systems. Plus, the opportunity to be in our Solution Center. This sponsorship also has the highest-level recognition and branding with promotions to NAEM’s community and email list of 20,000+ EHS&S professionals.

This is an opportunity to be one of three subject matter expert speakers on the Opening Keynote panel on April 2, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The topic of the keynote panel will be, “Leveraging Organizational Design, Data and Metrics to Drive Transformation.” NAEM will find the other two in-house EHS&S speakers for the panel though we welcome client ideas. The speaker must be pre-approved by NAEM before purchase. If you think you have the right subject matter expert to be on this panel, please submit your speaker ideas via the abstract form on the Sponsorship Benefits page.

These sessions can be lead by subject matter experts from your company and are not required to include in-house EHS&S professionals as speakers. All sessions will be 75-minutes including Q&A. These workshops will run concurrently at the same time on 4/3/25 @ 9 AM. Attendees from the Tech conference only (not OPEX) will be able to join these workshops.
