Partnership Overview
60-minute TECH/OPEX Session PartnerThis is the opportunity to develop and deliver a compelling 60-minute session including Q&A for conference attendees. This is a great opportunity to be seen as a thought leader in front of EHS&S decision-makers. Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide a subject matter expert from their company and clients for their panel. This session will run up against two other sponsored sessions. Client speakers are required to be approved.
These sponsored sessions are Software and Technology Case Studies for technology providers and their customers to demonstrate a tool in use and discuss the benefits and outcomes.
Session ideas must fall into one of the following categories:
- Risk Reduction
- Corporate Reporting
- Carbon Accounting/GHG Mgtm
- EHS Management and Compliance
- Safety Tools and Innovations
Session Submissions
Please submit your ideas and speakers at the abstract link below no later than Friday, December 20, 2024. For help with topic ideas, please email Rebecca Dotson at rebecca@naem.org. Sponsorships will be approved on a rolling basis until they sell out. The session must be pre-approved by NAEM before purchase. All session ideas must include a client speaker and all speakers must be in person.Partnership Benefits
Onsite Conference Visibility- Opportunity for visibility and to be seen as a thought leader with a 60-minute panel at NAEM’s TECH25 & OPEX25 conference
- Highest-level exhibitor visibility as a Terabyte Partner with a booth in the best section of the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open for the entirety of the OPEX & TECH conferences April 1, 2025 to April 3, 2025 so that you get maximum visibility with both conference audiences
- Your company will have time in NAEM’s Solution Center that will be an exclusive time for conference attendees to hear how you can help them solve an EHS&S issue with your expertise
- Banner in on-site conference app
- 600 px by 100px tall
- Company description and logo in the conference app
- Recognition on all marketing of the event as a Session and Terabyte Partner. Terabyte Partners receive first position recognition of the exhibitors. This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet (cost $525 - $575) per license
- Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website
- 750-word article that your company provides in NAEM’s electronic newsletter that goes out to 20,000+ EHS&S professionals and will be featured in NAEM’s blog that receives 1,000+ impressions a month
- Article will go live on a first come, first served order. NAEM’s newsletter article guidelines can be found here
- Sponsor will receive three complimentary registrations to the conference for their company speaker on the panel, and two other company attendees to manage their booth (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
- Option to purchase one registration at the NAEM member rate for anyone at your company and/or your company speaker (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
- Option to purchase an Educational Development registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions (valued at $1,390 - $1,945 per registration)
